How do I buy something?

Take your time. Browser around. You might come across something cool you didn’t even know existed. When you find something you like, click on the Add-To-Cart buttons. The chosen item will be automatically saved into your cart. You won’t be redirected to the cart until you are ready to view your order, and you do so by clicking on the little shopping cart icon in the header or mobile menu. From there, review your order, choose your shipping method, and click on checkout to begin the checkout process. If you have an account, but you aren’t logged in yet, you will be presented with an opportunity to login on the checkout page. Be sure to login if you want to take advantage of cool things like customer loyalty bonuses and/or special customer pricing.

If you don’t feel comfortable for any reason completing the checkout online, contact us. We can probably pickup your shopping cart where you left off, and help you complete the purchase offline.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

Absolutely not, but creating an account with us enables us to better serve your future needs. With an account, you will also be eligible for special customer discounts, and loyalty bonuses.

We do accept guest checkout, but keep in mind those orders will be subject to a higher level of fraud protection screening. If we know you, and you know us, let’s be friends.

I have forgotten my password and/or username, now what?

No password, no problem. Just goto Lost Password and follow the method of resetting the password.

Forgot your username? Well. It is your email address so try that first. If you are still stuck, contact us and we will help you get back in.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment from retail customers:

  • Credit Card
  • eCheck ACH
  • Bank Transfer
  • C.O.D.(local pickup only)
  • PayPal

We accept the following methods of payment from wholesale customers:

  • eCheck ACH – preferred
  • Credit Card(2% fee added to order total)
  • Bank Transfer
  • C.O.D.(local pickup and UPS shipments. $15fee added to UPS C.O.D.)
  • PayPal(2% fee added to order total)

Why don't you ship to my country?

Sorry . The sad reality in the world is that some countries are hotspots for fraudulent activity. We maintain a policy to not ship, or do business in the areas we determine are subject to this criteria.

Further to this. Some of the items we sell have government restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain countries.

Even further. Some of the items we sell are huge. Their physical size/weight might limit our ability to ship to your country, or at least we can’t accurately calculate the shipping costs on the fly.

So…if you want to buy something, but the website isn’t working for you, just contact us.

How much is shipping?

The shipping charges for your order will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. You will be presented with several options. Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs. If your shipping needs change after you place your order, just reach out to us and let us know. If the order hasn’t left our facility, we can change the shipping method for you. Additional fees may be necessary to upgrade shipping levels.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

This is a pretty broad question. What we can say, is that orders placed online prior to 4pm M-F are processed the same day (excluding days we are closed for race support). Most parts orders are shipped via UPS. You can view calculate estimated ship times via their estimater tool here.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive your item, the refund/return/exchange process is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Check payments will be refunded by check or Store Credit.  You will be notified by email within 3 business days of how your refund will be processed. If a check is mailed, you will receive it within 8 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS). The check will be mailed to the billing address provided with your order.
  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash if returned in store or by the check refund policy above if you ship your return to us.
  • Products purchased using an Pure Karting Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Store Credit and you will be notified by email within 3 business days.  If you purchased an item from the Pure Karting Online Store and are returning it to our store, you’ll receive a Store Credit with printed receipt.

How do I return / exchange items?

You can process your return request online with our RMA tool.

No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a reason for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for errors not made on our part. No returns accepted after 30 days from sale. Internet sales can be returned at our store.

Non-returnable Items Include – Electronics and computers, clearance items, special orders, custom orders, used arts, and cut to length items. We reserve the right to modify this list.

What if I change my mind?

It happens. We understand. However, we can only accept returns with an RMA#. Apply for your RMA here.

How do I know what size I am?

Does your site use cookies?

To keep track of cart data, we make use of 3 cookies:

  • woocommerce_cart_hash
  • woocommerce_items_in_cart
  • wp_woocommerce_session_

The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps our website know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies, so rest assured we are not trying to invade your privacy.

What payment security do you have?

We take your security and privacy extremely seriously. We use high level Extended Verification SSL Certificates, and all credit card/bank account data is tokenized and remotely stored on Authorize.net’s CIM Server. Authorize.net is the global leader in online payment processing. This service costs us a bit more to use, but we gladly do it for you.
